How to Order
Every Ronciswall Vapor model comes with a list of dedicated custom options, which makes the customization process fast and affordable. Simply choose your favourite specifications from our configurator and pick your desired custom options from the dedicated list.
Order Start
After the order is sent and deposit is payed we will begin to work on your guitar after 3/4 weeks and we will send, on the provided email, pictures of the woods we are going to use for your build. In some case we will be able to offer you some alternative on the same wood.
Updates
When needed we wil send, on the provided email, major updates. Usually you will get a first update with the wood pics, a second major update with the parts all ready for the painting process, and a final update before shipping. We will try to do our best to send you also cool pics every now and then.
Order Finish
When your guitar will be ready to be shipped we will ask you to pay the remaining balance (depending on the selected payment method). We will pack only with the best packing materials and custom boxes we are able to source. You will be updated with the tracking info from our trusted UPS/DHL shipping partner.
